A resident of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mike Gabski is a student at the University of Cincinnati. He is currently spending his third co-op term with Singlaysis. Read this interview to learn a little more about him.
Mike, what are your duties here at Signalysis?
I’m currently working mostly on TMMK, collecting data and making sure the mechanics work. I’m building a system for mastering and alignment of tools used on TMMK, and lending a hand where help is needed.
What do you hope to learn while at Signalysis?
I want to learn about the different aspects of engineering and find an area that I enjoy.
How has your experience with Signalysis been to date?
It has been great. My days fly by and I’m kept busy. I am given responsibility and get to enjoy seeing the fruits of my labor and seeing how they affect the projects we are working on.
Do you have a favorite movie, any hidden talents, or a brush with greatness?
My favorite movie is Interstellar. I am very competitive with myself and strive to be just a little bit better each day.
From your picture it looks like to enjoy traveling. Where are some of your favorite destinations?
Yes, I love to travel. My favorite places that I have been so far are Iceland, Hawaii, and I always enjoy visiting my family in Germany!
